Description

The procedure is divided into two distinct phases: - An application phase at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit a tender will be selected; - A tender phase at the end of which the successful tenderer(s) will be chosen. The buyer has decided to limit the number of candidates who will be invited to participate in the offer phase to a maximum of 5 candidates. However, if this number is lower, the public person reserves the right to continue the procedure After examining the tenders, the contracting authority may enter into negotiations with the selected candidates. They will be carried out in successive phases applying the award criteria. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders, without negotiation.
