Passenger transport in district passenger transport on public utility lines or communication network running in the Zwoleński District. Communication line, communication lines or communication network covered by the subject-matter of the contract: operation of communication lines covering the area of the Zwoleń poviat. Communication lines may change, new ones may be created, all taking into account the needs of the inhabitants of the Zwoleń poviat.
