For the next four years, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) is looking for a partner for the conception, organization and implementation of individual assessment centers (AC) at top cadre level. The FDFA offers its employees of the three careers Diplomacy DI, International Cooperation IZA, Consular Management Personnel KM as well as the employees of the General Services AN (not transferable) various (partly individual) career options. In addition to the attendance of mandatory training measures and assessments by superiors, participation in an AC regardless of career affiliation is mandatory for employees who want to exercise a management function at the top cadre level.
