Description

The client has 1274 printing devices, distributed at 231 locations in the Republic of Croatia, which are organized in 17 Forest Administration Subsidiaries, Central Location Directorate and 213 smaller work units / Forestry. The print control system is PaperCut MF. The Client has a licensed system for monitoring and managing the printing of PaperCut MF for 3000 users and while licenses are specifically purchased for MF devices.The Client will accept other solutions in agreement with the Offerer for monthly page number indicators. The selected tenderer, together with the Client, will exclude the initial page counters from the printer and/or Papercut MF system during the handover of the print fleet and take over all existing toners in the devices at the percentage of toner occupancy, and indemnify the Client for the amount of the possible number of prints at the price offered by cpp (cost per printed page)
