The subject of this public contract is the creation of a functional digitization workplace. The equipment of the digitization workplace includes a scanner including a workstation for controlling the scanner and postprocessing images, software for metadata description and generation of PSP packages (ProArc), publishing software (Kramerius), migration and upgrade of Krameria from KÚKK to KKKV to supplied physical servers with virtualization platform, 1x workstation for metadata description and publishing, 2x physical servers in a cluster with 1x disk array including virtualization layer - SW licensed to the extent of maximum field capacity and a backup unit - 1xNAS and UPS, 1x application server - backup and backup software. Part of the assignment is the installation and commissioning of the digitization workplace, i.e. the supplied hardware, the installation of the supplied software, the interconnection of all components and the training of the operator of the digitization unit, so that it is possible to fulfil all stages of the digitization process – scanning, postprocessing, metadata description, publishing and backup using the proposed hardware and software technical support of the digitization unit of the Karlovy Vary Regional Library. 5-year warranty.
