11. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of medical equipment to the St. Voivodship Hospital. Łukasz SP ZOZ in Tarnów as part of the project: “Reconstruction and extension of the infrastructure of the Hospital Rescue Branch with the emergency heliport of the Voivodship Hospital Stw. Łukasza SP ZOZ w Tarnów’ under Measure 9.1 medical emergency infrastructure, priority axis IX Strengthening strategic health infrastructure, Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.
2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include:
(a) Purchase, delivery and assembly or assembly at the Contracting Authority’s premises of new and non-used medical equipment and equipment,
(b) provision of instruction (training) on the operation and maintenance of the equipment and equipment supplied,
