Description

Purchase of headlamps, lamps and their accessories - Total quantity: 2 814 pieces/24 months Part 1: Purchase of headlights, lamps and accessories for buses, total quantity: 2 134 pieces/24 months Part 2: Purchase of headlights, lamps and accessories for Solaris buses, total quantity: 680 pieces/24 months In order to procure headlamps, lamps and accessories necessary for the operation of vehicles of category M3 in Parts 1 and 2, the Contracting Authority shall conduct a public procurement procedure. Quantities quoted are empirical quantities, which were obtained using previous operational experience in order to clearly determine the total offer price excluding VAT. Quantities purchased under the contract may differ from these empirical data. Tenderers must submit their tenders in the light of the foregoing. Only the unit prices are indicated in the annex to the contract to be concluded. The details are set out in Annex 2 to the Public Procurement Guide (Table of Tender Prices) and in the technical specifications. The tenderer shall state in its tender whether its tender is subject to the prohibition to award a public contract laid down in Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. The declaration can also be fulfilled by filling in the form in the Guide.
