Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of software and computer parts, in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 12 lots
2. The equipment must be brand new, marketed, free from physical defects
and legal, 100% of the case and must meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not accept the subject of a factory refurbished contract.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
Detailed conditions for the implementation and acceptance of the subject of the contract include the draft provisions of the contract, which are Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
