Description

Laboratory analysis services necessary for the staging of patients with chronic liver disease, under Subactivity A1.4 of the LIVE(RO)4 BUCHAREST-ILFOV project, SMIS code 344477 within SUUB.v Under the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order 107/2017, the economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, and under Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order 107/2017, the reply of the contracting authority will be sent 5 days (6th day) before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by a legally accredited certification service provider and uploaded to SEAP.
