Description

Provision of NRRP medical equipment – cancelled lots 1, 4, 7, 8, 11, as required by the Tender Specifications under the project ‘Development of the infrastructure of the ‘Louis Turcanu’ Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children in Timişoara in order to reduce the risk of nosocomial infections’, Pillar V, Component 12 – Health, Investment No 2 – Development of public hospital infrastructure, Specific Investment: I2.4. Equipment and materials intended to reduce the risk of nosocomial infections from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of Romania. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) and Article 161(2) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) and Article 161(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline mentioned in point B. and therefore any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered TARDIVA.
