Revitalization of the historical cultural site "Kasino", city of Melsungen
The building project is located in the city center of Melsungen, on the street corner Rotenburger Str. 10 / Obere Mauergasse. The "Old Casino" with 2 floors plus attic, built in 1838, was structurally changed in the 1970s. The now listed part of the building from the middle of the 19th century was extended by an extension with a foyer, stage technology and hall, which is not structurally worth preserving from today's point of view. The addition of an additional chair storage followed in 2000. The ground floor level of the building is about 1.30 m above the street level. The entire stock is sub-basement. The extension from the 1970s is demolished and extended by a new basement extension with foyer and restaurant. The service description includes the services of cost group 450 according to DIN 276 shown in the individual items of the service list, which are necessary for the complete, functional and acceptable creation of the respective system. These may include in particular: Information technology cabling and data network cabling including active and passive components, communication technology systems, as well as hazard alarm systems such as fire alarm system (BMA), voice alarm system (SAA) and intrusion alarm system (EMA), each to the extent specifically described in the headings.
