Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie (zgodnie z hierarchią sposobów postępowania z odpadami) wskazanych w opisie zamówienia odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Miasta Rypin, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa a także utworzenie i prowadzenie Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK).
