The subject-matter of the contract is the maintenance of the MRVL system for a period of 36 months. The MRVL is a system which, since 2006, provides high-quality and effective information support for vehicle registration procedures and is directly used by authorised testing organisations, administrative units, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning, Road Directorate, Transport Safety Agency. A number of other institutions, including the Police, the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, AJPES, DURS, CURS, municipal editing, insurance companies, social work centres, which use this data as a basis for their business processes, are also indirect users of this system. The quality and up-to-date nature of this information is essential for the quality of their work.
