Description

In accordance with Articles R. 2131-12, R. 2131-16 and R. 2122-6 of the Public Procurement Code.
Project consisting of the reconstruction of the nursery school (2 classes) and the creation of a 80-seat extracurricular reception with catering room and workshops for Pfulgriesheim’s elementary and nursery pupils.
Built-in surfaces to be created:Approx. 972 m²
External fittings: approximately 100 m²
Estimated allocation of works: EUR 2 189 852,00 EXCLUDING TAX.
Timetable: ODA December 2020 – Delivery: start of school year 2022.
Place of execution: Pfulgriesheim – Bas-Rhin.
Project management contract following the competition: after negotiation, the successful team will be awarded a project management contract with DIAG + base + exe, possibly with the OPC and SSI missions in accordance with Article R. 2122-6 of the Public Procurement Code.
