As part of the merger of the two establishments in Metz-Tessy and Saint-Julien-en-Genevoys which form the Change, biology activities are carried out by a joint structure called bi-site biology laboratory. In practice, the two sites are complementary in carrying out biology. As a result, there are several inter-site transport flows to be managed in the form of scheduled shuttles:
