The contract concerns the carrying out of a prospective study on the management of water resources in the territory of the CCGHV and the Syndicat Intercommunal des Eaux de Blanchefontaine (SIEB). The aim is to set strategic guidelines and define action programmes (small cycle, large cycle) for the coming years and decades. This study will include an HMUC analysis (Hydrology Milieux Usages Climat) coupled with the implementation of a drinking water master plan (SDAEP) on the territory which incorporates a consultation/communication component (specific market) and culminating in a two-level action programme: - technical action programme resulting from the SDAEP aimed at improving the condition and operation of the structures, equipment and management of the drinking water supply system; - multi-stakeholder action programme for water sharing.
