Description

Die BEHALA beabsichtigt auf dem Grundstück im Südhafen Spandau den Ausbau der gesamten Hafeninfrastruktur, insbesondere im Bereich des Unterhafens im Südhafen. In Verbindung mit der Erneuerung der Infrastruktur auf dem Gelände des Südhafens sind in mehreren Bereichen Umbauarbeiten und Erweiterungen der elektrotechnischen und informationstechnischen Anlagen erforderlich. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist Gegenstand der Ausschreibung die Errichtung einer neuen Übergabestation zum örtlichen Netzbetreiber sowie die Errichtung von drei neuen baugleichen Trafostationen (A, B und C) mit den dazugehörigen Mittelspannungs- und Niederspannungsschaltanlagen. Darüber hinaus ist zum Zweck der Errichtung der Übergabe- und Trafostationen die Werk- und Montageplanung Gegenstand der Leistungserbringung des im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens beauftragten Bieters. Das Bauvorhaben ist unmittelbar nach der Beauftragung im Oktober 2024 zu beginnen und bis zum 30.06.2026 abzuschließen.
