Description

Subject to the pending approval of all competent bodies, the Landkreis München, as the contracting authority represented by Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends to award the following service by means of an open procedure pursuant to Section 15 of the VgV (European tender procedure).
Scheduled services on MVV Regional bus line 260: Germering Unterpfaffenhofen (S) – Planegg (S) – Fürstenried West (U) as total output (line).
The use of sub-contractors is allowed but must be approved by the contracting authority. The contractor must provide at least 70 % of the operational services itself. Reference is made to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007.
Quantity and value of the service:
— approx. 202.667 Nwkm/a,
— 5 low-floor buses 12 m new,
— approx. 14 stops.
Low-floor buses with zero-emission propulsion (electric or fuel cell buses) are required in accordance with the Clean Vehicles Directive. A binding decision and specification of the propulsion form and size of the vehicle is still taken by the competent authority, and the prior information notice is then corrected.
