The purpose of this contract is to carry out regulatory property diagnostics (asbestos, PAHs, lead and termites) for the entire property portfolio of Aix Marseille Université (in 5 lots). The consultation comprises the following lots: - Lot 1: Regulatory building diagnostics for buildings in the following municipalities: Marseille/Aubagne/La Ciotat - Lot 2: Regulatory building diagnostics for buildings in the municipality of Aix-en-Provence – Lot 3: Regulatory building diagnostics for buildings in the following municipalities: Avignon/Salon/Arles - Lot 4: Regulatory building diagnostics for buildings in the municipality of Dignes les bains – Lot 5: For all the lots, the consultation was carried out according to an open tender procedure in application of the provisions mentioned in 1° of Article R. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code and Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-contract framework agreement executed as and when order forms are issued (for all lots) in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code (this is the new name of the "order form contract concluded with an economic operator").
