Description

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V on finished medicinal products containing various active substances or combinations of active substances within the framework of a so-called ‘open house model’. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2025. On this basis, the maximum duration of the contract is 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2017 regardless of the beginning of the contract. If AOK Hessen conducts a call for tenders for exclusive contracts in the form of an open procedure during the term of the contract for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
