The contract concerns the execution of painting and varnishing work in accordance with the specifications for the construction of the new administrative building II of Stadtwerke Saarbrücken Netz AG. The building to be erected is located directly on Heuduckstraße in Saarbrücken and is optimally accessible via the motorway junction "Malstatter Brücke" or "Wilhelm-Heinrich-Brücke". The administration building to be erected is a 6-storey building, the rear extension of which is a 1-storey building with a height of about 4 m. On the ground floor, in addition to a foyer and reception area, rooms are provided for meetings and seminars. The offices for a total of 180 employees are located on the upper floors.
