Description

The subject of the procurement is food, beverages and other related products for a one-year period. Health safety and quality of foodstuffs must be in accordance with the applicable quality regulations for the goods in question, i.e. in accordance with the Food Act (OG 18/23), the Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food Act (OG 83/22), the Food Information to Consumers Act (OG 56/13, 14/14, 56/16 and 32/19), the General Use Items Act (OG 39/13, 47/14, 114/18 and 53/22) or the Act on Materials and Items in Direct Contact with Food (OG 25/13, 41/14 and 114/18), and the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22), as well as the implementing regulations of national and EU legislation.
