Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medicinal products. 2. The subject of the order is divided into 10 parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. The offer for its validity in the package no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 must be submitted for all items. The Ordering Party, on the other hand, allows the submission of tenders for selected items as part of Package No. 10. 3. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. Price form (quantitative-assortment specification). 4. The Ordering Party allows to offer products in different unit packages, provided that the final quantity will be identical to the quantity specified by the Ordering Party in the Quantity and Assortment Specification Form, If the total number of items is not divisible by the size of the package, the Ordering Party allows to price the products taking into account the conversion of quantities to two decimal places, after conversion in accordance with mathematical rules. 5.
