Description

The subject of the public contract is the performance of tests of knowledge of the Slovenian language on the basis of the programme "Slovenščina as a second and foreign language - SDTJ" at entry and basic level. Foreigners who are not citizens of the European Union and who: - they reside in the Republic of Slovenia on the basis of a permanent residence permit; - they reside in the Republic of Slovenia on the basis of a temporary residence permit issued with the validity of at least one year; - are family members of Slovenian citizens or EU citizens residing in the Republic of Slovenia on the basis of a residence permit for a family member, regardless of the length of residence and the length of validity of the temporary residence permit; - they reside in the Republic of Slovenia on the basis of temporary protection granted in accordance with the law governing the temporary protection of displaced persons and to whom the competent administrative unit has issued a certificate of fulfilment of the conditions for a free first Slovenian language examination and no more than one year has elapsed since participation in the Initial Integration of Immigrants programme. The contract will be implemented and financed under the operation: Courses and exams in the Slovenian language for third-country nationals and persons with international protection AM.SO2.1.4 and is financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) in the amount of 75% of eligible costs and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia or the funds of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Care and Integration of Migrants in the amount of 25%, and in the case of funds spent early on the operation "Courses and exams in the Slovenian language for third-country nationals and persons with international protection AM.SO2.1.4" from the integral funds of the contracting authority;
