Greece-Thermi Thessalonikis: Harbour construction works
A basic project for the project is the construction of the new passenger and commercial port of Sigri in the central part of the Sigi bay on the western edge of the island of Lesbos. The new port facilities consist of: (a) platforms with a length of 4.25 m, 130 m and 76.25 m, delineated to the west by the existing windstorm, while on the land side of the port they are separated by a green space; (b) ports for the service of vessels. The construction of the main pier 129.60 m long and 25 m wide of cellular artificial blocks of reinforced concrete, fixed on a rocktail bearing light. A port marker shall be fitted at the end of the quay, c) a commercial/passenger port land area within which prefabricated waste reception tanks are to be installed, d) green space e) excavations of the basin.
The project includes cleaning, dredging, fillings, roofing, mounting of natural balls, sanitation layers, geotextiles, artificial blocks made of concrete, shafts and open-ended structures, floors, iron weaponry, metal components for port works, buffers, pipes, road paving, green works and electrical installations.
