Netherlands-Zoetermeer: Information systems and servers
Since April 2015, the RDW has transferred its server management activities to an external party by means of a flex pool construction. Since the value of the services exceeds the threshold laid down in the Aanbestedingswet 2012, the current contract cannot automatically be lawfully extended. For this reason, the RDW issues an open European call for tenders with the aim of concluding an agreement with one (1) organisation which can deliver server management work to the RDW by means of a flexpool construction per 1.1.2016. The primary objectives of this application are: ensuring continuity of service; provision of adequate management work by an external supplier through a flex pool; achieving quality improvements. Activities are carried out transparently and as agreed. The flex pool agreement has an initial duration of two (2) years with the possibility of extending two (2) times one (1) year under constant conditions.
