Description

The mission is intended to conclude contracts for training leading to a bachelor’s degree in children’s gardening and pedagogy, 180 sp under the Finnish education system.
The training shall give the necessary qualifications to work as a child gardening teacher in Åland and Finland. Training is to take place in Åland, but some parts of the training can be provided remotely using digital tools. For the assignment, the provider shall cooperate with the Åland University/Open University with practical arrangements. The language of instruction must be Swedish. Literature and other material must be in Swedish or English. For the training, a maximum of 30 eligible persons will be adopted. In order for the training to start, a minimum of 20 successful candidates are required.
The part of the course dealing with pre-school education (5 sp) must be provided within the Open University so that child gardening teachers in Åland have access to it.
Only one supplier will be accepted for the tender. The contractor may subcontract parts of the contract.
