en décembre 2018, Grandsoissons Agglomération et les Communautés de communes Retz-En-Valois, du Val de l'aisne et du Canton d'oulchy-le-château se sont regroupées pour former le Pôle d'équilibre Territorial et Rural (Petr) du Soissonnais et du Valois. La Collectivité souhaite se doter d'un Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale, tenant lieu de Plan Climat-Air-Énergie Territorial (Scot-Aec), sur la totalité de son territoire, conformément à la législation en vigueur et au programme initial défini au CCTP
