Description

There is an agreement of 20 March 2020 between the ZRF and the BRK on the implementation of the rescue service (hereinafter: implementation contract). The subject of this contract is the provision of emergency services at the Isen site. The provision at the Isen site is currently 84 hours per week. The contract has not yet been amended. In July 2023, the INM (Institute for Emergency Medicine and Medical Management at the LMU Munich) presented a detailed analysis that examines the emergency service care situation in the Erding ambulance service area. In the detailed analysis, various measures are proposed to ensure compliance with the 12-minute deadline to the extent required in the area of emergency rescue in the future. For the Isen site, the INM recommends a retention increase of 20 hours per week. On page 4 of the detailed analysis: ‘For the village supply area, it is also recommended to extend the retention periods of the Isen pitch. Specifically, the reservation is considered necessary from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 22:00 and from Friday to Sunday from 08:00 to 24:00. As a result, temporary distance problems outside the working hours of the Isen pitch are reduced, especially in the municipalities of Isen and Lengdorf. This measure corresponds to an RTW retention extension of 20 hours per week.’ The increase in retention of 20 hours per week from the current 84 hours per week to 104 hours per week in the future is to be implemented by this first amendment agreement.
