Description

Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract which has as its object the brushing and cleaning of roads in the network of the Directorate of Roads of Luxembourg. The services shall be carried out on routes belonging to network I which are described in the Annex to these special specifications and on routes belonging to network II. Services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary).
