1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawa rękawic diagnostycznych i chirurgicznych na potrzeby Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Lubartowie z podziałem na następujące części: 1) Część 1 – Rękawice chirurgiczne chroniące przed promieniowaniem RTG; 2) Część 2 – Rękawice nitrylowe; 3) Część 3 – Rękawice diagnostyczne nitrylowe; 4) Część 4 – Rękawice chirurgiczne, lateksowe; 5) Część 5 – Rękawice foliowe, bezpudrowe, niesterylne; 6) Część 6 – Rękawice chirurgiczne do mikrochirurgii / neurochirurgii; 7) Część 7 – Rękawice lateksowe chirurgiczne, sterylne, bezpudrowane; 8) Część 8 – Rękawice chirurgiczne; 9) Część 9 – Rękawice chirurgiczne, lateksowe, bezpudrowe; 10) Część 10 – Rękawice chirurgiczne, ortopedyczne. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia/Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy dla części 1-10 stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
