1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego dla „Poddębickiego Centrum Zdrowia” Sp. z o.o.w Poddębicach.
2. Wykonawca dostarczy sprzęt określony: – w Pakiecie nr 1: – Pozycja nr 1 – Aparat do znieczulania Kpl. 1;Pozycja nr 2 – Kardiomonitor Kpl. 1; Pozycja nr 3 – Monitor do zwiotczenia mięśniowego Kpl. 1; Pozycja nr 4 – Parownik do servoflranu/selectec Kpl. 1.
3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z podaniem wymaganych przez zamawiającego parametrów technicznych określony został w Załączniku nr 2 do SIWZ – Formularz cenowy oraz parametry techniczne sprzętu medycznego.
