Description

Les travaux de viabilisation seront réalisés dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes entre Sarthe Habitat et la commune de Montval-sur-Loir. Sarthe Habitat est désigné par le groupement, coordonnateur. Il est chargé de procéder dans le respect des règles prévues au code de la commande publique, à l'organisation de l'ensemble des opérations de passation et conclusion des contrats concernant le lot 1. Les travaux de construction de quarante-quatre logements seront réalisés par Sarthe Habitat.
Le marchés pour le compte de Sarthe Habitat sont de type prix mixtes. Les marchés pour le compte de la commune de Montval-sur-Loir sont à prix unitaires.
