Description

1. This procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Art. 1 point 1) and Articles 132-139, the PPL Act and the implementing acts of the PPL Act. 2. The value of the contract is greater than the amounts specified in the provisions issued pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Public Procurement Act and in accordance with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the ‘SWZ’. 3. The procedure will be carried out in the so-called reverse procedure, i.e. in application of Art. 1 of the law. 4. The provisions of the Public Procurement Act and implementing acts issued on the basis thereof shall apply to actions taken by the Ordering Party and Contractors in the procurement procedure, and in matters not regulated by the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071 (deceased). The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and extension of the building of the Old Hospital in Nowy Targ at ul. Hospital on plots 4509/9; 4523/3; 4526/3; 4532; 4533; 4541; 4542; 4543; 4549; 4548/2; 4551; 4550; 4525/1, cadastral unit: 121101_1 Nowy Targ ,registered area: 0001 Nowy Targ in accordance with the terms of the decision of the Starosty Nowotarski No 1340/19 of 12.11.2019 (ref. BA.6740.1.645.2019.EJ) approving the construction project and granting the building permit, decisions amending: No 1123/22 of 20 September 2022 (ref. BA.6740.695.2022.EJ) and No 1222/2025 of 25 November 2025 (ref. BA.6740.1.845.2025.EJ) and the design documentation and the draft provisions of the contract. The task is carried out as part of the project entitled: ‘Comprehensive revitalisation of the area of the Old Hospital by carrying out construction and demolition works together with land development for the needs of the Academy of Applied Sciences in Nowy Targ and the inhabitants of Nowy Targ’, for which the Contracting Authority received funding under call No FEMP.07.04-IZ.00-028/25 of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme (hereinafter: Fem, Programme, Fem 2021-2027). The task also includes obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the final decision on the permit to use the facility.
