Description

Vergabegegenstand ist die Beschaffung von Softwarepflege und Softwarewartung für Spezialsoftware zur Verkehrsplanung. Verschiedene Behörden des Freistaats Bayern besitzen Lizenzen der Spezialsoftware „PTV Visum“ und „PTV Vissim“ für die IT-gestützte Verkehrsplanung. Zum Betrieb dieser Lizenzen ist jeweils ein permanenter Wartungsvertrag notwendig. Die Wartungsverträge der bestehenden Lizenzen enden aktuell mit dem Jahr 2021. Für die kommenden vier Jahre werden die Pflege- und Wartungsleistungen neu vergeben und für alle Lizenzen in einem Rahmenvertrag bei der Landesbaudirektion Bayern gebündelt. Die Landesbaudirektion Bayern wird die Lizenzen dann zentral verwalten und in eigener Zuständigkeit an die beteiligten Behörden in den Geschäftsbereichen des Freistaats Bayern verteilten.
