The subject of the contract is ‘Cleaning service for buildings and the external premises of the ZUS Headquarters and the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at ul. Podskarbińska 25 a in Warsaw’. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 3 to the FTZ in Part A and Annex 3a to the FTZ in Part B of the contract. The subject of the contract is divided into the following lots: • Part A: Provision of professional cleaning services in the premises of the Head Office of the Social Insurance Institution and the external area as well as in business apartments C/ZUS, • Part B: Providing professional cleaning services for the building of the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at ul. Podskarbińska 25 a and the external area. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks relating to: For Part A: • maintenance of cleanliness in C/ZUS buildings at ul. Szamocka 3, 5, • maintenance of the outdoor area on the property belonging to the C/ZUS facility, ul. Szamocka 3, 5 in Warsaw, • keeping company flats clean, including replacement of bed linen at ul. Czerniakowska 127/202 and at ul. Pietraszewicza 11/28, For part B: • maintaining cleanliness in the building of the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at ul. Podskarbińska 25 a. • maintenance of the outdoor area on the property belonging to the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at ul. Podskarbińska 25 and in Warsaw.
