The subject of the public contract is mainly construction modifications aimed at strengthening/reinforcing the existing roof structures of buildings on which photovoltaic power plants will be located. The contracting authority strongly points out that the subject of performance is the construction works, not the supply of PV plants, but for the sake of completeness of information and the transmission of complete information, Annex 3 also includes a project for the supply of PV plants.
