Denmark-Copenhagen: Construction work
Restricted procedure, construction works. Main contract for the conduct of a new sports hall.
The City of Copenhagen wishes to enter into an agreement with the main contractor in connection with the construction of a new sports hall, located Kobbelvæget 65, 2700 Brønshøj.
The task includes a new sports hall of approximately 2 200 m², which is carried out in addition to the existing building that is worthy of conservation class 2.
The task also perceives associated outdoor spaces, nature playground 3 250 m², car and bicycle parking 1 525 m², and apron 2 950 m².
The existing settlement currently includes outgoing kindergartens and association activities.
The new hall is partially buried and the entrance foyer is merged with the existing building. In addition to the cavity itself, the building contains facilities, warehouses and technical rooms.
Work under the main contract includes, inter alia:
— establishment and operation of construction sites;
— excavation and removal of soil;
— raw house: plastic-moulded concrete walls and prefabricated concrete element walls
— tyres: plastic-moulded concrete, concrete hollow deck
— roof construction: waffle roof with TTS elements
— roof cladding: roof board, solar cells
— facades: clad with moulded pitch
— hall interior cladding: ball-standing plywood
— ventilation: hybrid ventilation
— construction of open air spaces.
Construction is constructed in accordance with the energy regulations in the building regulations and must comply with the requirements for ‘Building class 2020’.
The main contractor’s services are expected to start immediately after contracting April 2015 and construction will be completed by the end of 2016.
