The subject and scope of the contract includes the preparation of a complete multi-branch Project Documentation and Services, divided into the following stages and scopes: a) Stage 1 of the Multi-industry Concept Design Documentation. Development of a Multi-branch Conceptual Project for the reconstruction and extension of the Wadowice Cultural Centre, taking into account post-competition recommendations together with the accompanying infrastructure b) Stage 2 of the Design Documentation Construction Project. Development of a multi-branch Construction Project for the reconstruction and extension of the Wadowice Cultural Centre, to the extent necessary to obtain a building permit in force on the date of its submission, including: I land development project, II architectural and building project, III technical project, IV all necessary opinions, arrangements, permits and other documents required by special regulations necessary to obtain a final decision on the building permit; c) Stage 3 of the Design Documentation Executive Project. Development of a multi-branch Executive Project for the reconstruction and extension of the Wadowice Cultural Centre, necessary for the Contracting Authority to prepare and conduct a public procurement procedure for the execution of Construction Works; d) Scope 1 Services – Representation of the Contracting Authority. Representing the Ordering Party in administrative proceedings aimed at obtaining decisions or provisions necessary to obtain a building permit, and in order to obtain a building permit; e) Scope 2 Services - Development and coordination of additional studies. Preparation of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Information on Safety and Health Protection, Measurement of Works, Investor's Costs;
