The subject of the contract is municipal waste management – collection and management of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the Namysłów Commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of performing the contract (it is not justified to divide the territory of the municipality into sectors, as the above may result in higher unit prices) and difficulties in coordinating the activities of different Contractors performing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract.
