Description

3.1. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 3.2. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste from the area of the Municipality of Tuchów and the creation and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point divided into 3 parts: 3.2.1. Part 1 – Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties from the Municipality of Tuchów and from PSZOK in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot 1 can be found in Annex No 1.1. to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions Annex No 3.1. to the FTZ. 3.2.2. Part 2 – Collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited buildings owned by the Municipality of Tuchów and from public utility areas of the Municipality of Tuchów in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, together with additional options: A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot 2 can be found in Annex 1.2 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions, Annex 3.2 to the FTZ. 3.2.3. Part 3 – Establishment and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point (SWMP) in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot 3 can be found in Annex 1.3. to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions Annex 3.3. to the FTZ. The contractor in the offer form is obliged to indicate the location of the property on which the PSZOK will be created.
