Under the contract, technical expertise, energy audit, DALI + DTPTh + CS + DE + DTAC + DTOE + DTOE + obtain expert opinions and agreements + expert expert assistance chosen in the tender evaluation committees for the award of works contracts + specialist technical assistance from the designer during the project implementation period, as required under the Design Theme. The documentation will be drawn up with a view to accessing non-reimbursable funding from structural funds under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 – Priority Axis 3: “Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy, Investment Priority 3.1, Operation A-Residential Cladiri”. In this respect, in drawing up the documentation, the requirements of the Applicant’s Guide for the above-mentioned Domain Axis, Order No 2379/13.10.2016 of the MDRAP and Order No 1360/20.4.2011 of the Ministry of Public Finance on eligible expenditure and specific legislation in the field of the subject matter of the contract will be complied with.
