The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Division is organising a tendering procedure for parking ticket rolls to be used by parking inspectors for parking ticket fees, the object of the tendering procedure is described in more detail in the section "Criteria for the object of the tendering procedure". The need for reels per year is at least about 6,000 reels. The aim of the tendering is to establish a framework contract for which a maximum of three (3) suppliers will be selected in order of preference on the basis of the best value for money (lowest price).
