Description

The ENAV Group’s operational sites and, as a result, the associated infrastructures, which have, inter alia, detailed ENAV’s institutional mission, such as safety for life, are considered to be ‘national critical infrastructures’ in relation to the ‘overall risk framework’, the relevant mandatory legislation to that effect and the legal and operational requirements relating to air traffic management. In order to acquire the security and emergency services, an open Community call for tenders will be launched pursuant to Article 155 of Legislative Decree No 36/2023, which appears to be divided into the 3 Territorial Lots referred to below.
