The contract, of which the Municipality of Botosani is the initiator and beneficiary, is financed by financing contract No 618/F/GES/19.12.2023, concluded with the Environment Fund Administration, in order to achieve the investment objective ‘Increasing the energy efficiency of public lighting infrastructure – phase 4’, carried out by the Programme for the SUPPORT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND INTELLIGENT ENERGY MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC ILLUMINATION INFRASTRUCTUTION carried out by the Ministry of the Environment, Water Resources and Forestry – Environment Fund Administration. In order to achieve the general and specific objective, it is necessary to procure the supply and installation of equipment for the investment objective ‘Increasing the energy efficiency of lighting infrastructure – phase 4’, according to the technical data contained in the tender specifications. The following objectives will be achieved: 1.Dismantling of old infrastructure: lamps, consoles, bracelets. 2.Supply and installation of 1250 pcs LED luminaires, as follows: -street lighting appliances: 36 W - 655 pcs; -street lighting appliances: 60 W - 481 pcs; -street lighting appliances: 80 W -114 pcs; 3.Providing and mounting telemanagement modules for light points: 1250 pcs; 4.The installation of a lighting telemanagement system to which the above elements are connected; 5.Replacement of lamp power cables, making electrical connections as described in the project; 6.Supply and installation of ignition points equipped with telemanagement systems – 2 pcs 7.Installation of multifunctional sensors – 5 pcs. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20.
