Description

The scope of the contract consists of the following parts: • the provision of result-oriented cleaning maintenance; • carrying out glass washing; • performing specialist floor maintenance; • taking care of additional work, including collecting dirty crockery, placing it in the dishwasher and distributing it again; • replenishment of sanitary facilities and/or fillings. These activities are included in the calculation model, but the Municipality of Waalwijk is not obliged to actually take these activities (and calculated hours / costs). The exact details of this work will be agreed between the Municipality of Waalwijk and the contractor after the award; • carrying out ad hoc (directional) activities, which are not laid down in the agreement but are related to cleaning services. As of 1 March 2026, the municipality of Waalwijk wants to contract a service provider for the execution of the cleaning work and glass washing for its locations town hall, Kropholler, municipal wharf and directiekeet. A minimum commitment of people with a distance to the labour market of 20%. See tender document and schedule of requirements.
