Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE 1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10 000 000.00. Starting point of credit: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 30.12.2025. The loan period until 20.12.2030. 2. The contractor submitting a tender shall be bound by it from the date of expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders until: 9 January 2026 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 1. Contractors who have a current authorisation to carry out banking activities in the field of granting loans, in accordance with the Banking Law of 29 August 1997, may apply for a contract. 2. In the case of jointly bidding economic operators, the condition relating to the entitlement to carry out a specific economic or professional activity is fulfilled if at least one of the jointly bidding economic operators has the entitlement to carry out a specific economic or professional activity and performs the services for which those entitlements are required. The potentials of the economic operators jointly applying for the award of the contract shall be added together. 3. Contractors jointly applying for a contract are required to attach to their tender a statement indicating which services will be provided by each contractor, i.e. the statement referred to in Article 117(1)(b) and (c) EUTMR. 4 of the PPL Act.
