Description

The target of the procurement is the maintenance and maintenance services of the safety systems of sites managed by the Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY). In addition, the acquisition concerns the development of HSY's camera monitoring system (Milestone XProtect Corporate) and the implementation of related server and user interface components so that the system supports multiple targets, centralized management and site-specific reliability. The service is produced for two units of HSY Waste Management: Area and processing services. A more detailed description of the servicing and maintenance service, as well as the implementation of the Federation model of the CCTV system and the web/mobile service are presented in the appendices Procurement description (Appendix 6) and Service description (Appendix 5). One tenderer will be selected as the contractor. The estimated start date of the contract is 1 December 2026 and it is valid until further notice. Lists of sites contain confidential information, which is why they are not published with the tender dossier. Lists of destinations will be sent to tenderers by e-mail following their specific request for information. Requests for information must be sent by e-mail to iida.rintamaa@hsy.fi. The request for information must be sent before the end of the offer period and must be accompanied by a completed non-disclosure agreement. (The non-disclosure obligation to be fulfilled is attached to this invitation to tender.) The e-mail address should be headed "Waste SECURITY TECHNICAL SERVICES 2026"
