According to the new concession, the SBB will have to douse cold Sihlseewasser at the dam In den Schlagen in die Sihl on a monthly basis, with additional doping to achieve a minimum runoff in Sihlwald. The amount of doping water is to be used energetically in a doping power plant. If the amount of doping water exceeds the swallowing capacity of the turbine, the missing amount of water is discharged via a conical jet valve. The power plant and doping plant is located on the orographically left bank of the Sihl, directly at the foot of the dam wall. The planned doping plant connects to the existing base outlet above the base outlet shooters. In the context of this invitation to tender, the structural parts of the plant and the steel pressure line of the doping power plant and the doping plant will be procured. The machine house is placed in a pre-cut with nail wall at the foot of the dam wall.
