Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a set of amplifiers, digital meters and voltage sources for the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw. The system shall consist of the following components:
1.1. Lot A of the contract: supply of digital meters and current/voltage sources
1.2. Lot B of the contract: supply of amplifier and pre-amplifier
2. CPV code (for lots A and B of the contract): 38341300-0
3. Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract:
3.1 Part A procurement: supply of a set of digital meters and current/voltage sources, consisting of the following components having the following characteristics:
2 voltage and current sources with the following characteristics:
Current source, voltage source and universal meter with a resolution of 5 and ½ digits.
A power supply which may also be a programmable load.
Range of current measurements: 10pA – 1A.
Range of measurements of a voltage of 1 μV – 200V.
Range of measurements of resistance 10μΩ – 200 MΩ.
The built-in meter shall measure the signals with a basic accuracy of at least 0.012 %, with a resolution of 5 and ½ digits.
The device shall measure resistance by means of a 6-wire method with an additional pair of screen wiring and shall be configured for operation at constant current or constant voltage.
Internal memory of settings for at least 100 different programmes.
Interfaces IEEE488.2 and RS232.
An independent input/exit triggering link for the fast synchronous triggering of multiple meters with these connectors, without interfaces.
2 electrometers having the following characteristics:
— measuring range of resistance up to 10 to 16 Ohma,
— the measurement range of currents from 1fA to 20 mA,
— 200TOhm input impedance,
— non-balance voltage < 20uV,
— built-in 1 kV voltage source,
— noise level of 0,75fA,
— measurement of high resistances by reverse voltage method,
— possibility of affixing an optional scanner card.
3.1.3 Meter scanner card, collaborating with the meter described in section. 3.1.2:
— low-current 10-channel scanner card, compatible with the electrometer,
— contact voltage < 200uV,
— current offset < 1pA,
— contact lifespan > 10–6 for signals with maximum intensity and > 10–7 for low intensity signals.
3.1.4 Current source:
— source and programmed load for current signals of 100fA to 100 mA,
— current source AC 4pA to 210 mA,
— built-in run run generator in the frequency range 1mHz to 100 kHz,
— output impedance to 10–14 Ohma,
— memory of 65000 sampling points,
— double-screen triax exits,
— system configuration software,
— available interfaces: RS-232, GPIB, Digital I/O, ethernet,
— programmable pulse widths of 5ms.
3.1.5 Nano-oltometer having the following characteristics:
— rapid measurements at low noise: 15 NV p-p for 1s, 40-50 NV p-p at 60ms,
— coordination of measurements in “delta” mode with variable current supply up to 24 Hz at 30 NV p-p,
— two measurement channels,
— synchronisation with the supply line for the suppression of variable interference (110 dB NMRR),
— built-in linearisation of the thermoelements, built-in CJC reference weld,
— min. Measuring range 10 mV with 1 NV resolution (24 hours: 20 ppm reading + 4 ppm range, 1 year: 50 ppm reading + 4 ppm range),
— base accuracy 2 ppm reading + 1 ppm range, for the calibration of 24 hours. For 5 PLC (converter integration time equal to 5 periods of the 50 Hz variable signal),
— available interfaces: RS-232, GPIB, analogue output.
3.1.6 arbitrary run generator with the following characteristics:
— A sinusoidal signal frequency range up to 50 MHz,
—25Mhz of the frequency of the rectangular mileage,
— 14bit transducer length, 256 k-point,
— a built-in flow generator of the sinusoidal, tricathic, rectangular, noise, DC mileage,
— precision generation of pulses and rectangular runs with a rise time of 5ns,
— available modulation AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM,
— LAN interface in class LXI Class C,
— mileage design software,
— eight triax switches to the BNC.
3.2 Part B procurement: supply of amplifier and pre-amplifier, consisting of the following components having the following characteristics:
3.2.1 lock-in amplifier: a lock-in double duct amplifier with the following minimum characteristics:
— Single-polar or differential voltage inputs,
— Sensitivity: 2 NV to 1 V,
— Current inputs: 106 or 108 V/A,
— Input impedance: A voltage of at least 10 MΩ, not more than 25pF current of not more than 1 kΩ to virtual earth,
— Strength accuracy: At least ± 1 %,
— dynamic reserve (without pre-amplifier): > 100 dB,
Stability: < 5 ppm/°C,
— Frequency range: At least j between 1 mHz and 102 kHz,

3.2.2 a pre-amplifier having the following minimum characteristics:

— Maximum input signal: 3 Vpp,
— Maximum output: 10 Vpp for 50 ohms and 600 ohms,
— Input noise: 5 NV/Hz1/2 per 1 kHz,
— Modified reinforcement: from 1 to 50000 (sequence 1-2-5),
— Configurable filters,
— Power supply: an alternating current of 230 V ± 10 %, 50 Hz and accumulator.
Two laboratory power supplies consisting of the following components having the following characteristics:
— Output voltage:2x (0-30 V),
